abstract nails tutorial

As you can see I love nail polish. I have a little over 60 different nail polish colors. The other night I got the bright idea to do an abstract nail art tutorial. 

I started out by using Sally Hanson's 240 Twisted Pink as my base color I just painted this on all my nails. I got this over a year ago, so I am not sure if they still have it in store.

This is just to give you an idea of what this color will look like. After you have painted your nails withe the base coat you want to give it an hour to dry. Your nails must be completely dry before you can continue on too the next steps.

Now for the next step I took Sally Hanson's 430 Brisk Blue, this polish will dry pretty quick if you lay it on in thin layers. Also this color is very bright and will stain so be careful when using it.

With the Brisk Blue polish, you want to place it on tape, and let it dry completely.  After this polish is completely dry you want to take the tape and cut it into different shapes I just just triangles for more as you can see below.

I did this for each of my nails. I did different sized triangles and also I did stripes on one or two of my nails.

this the next color I used Sally Hanson's 450 Lickety-Split Lime. All you do is repeat the same steps at you did with the Brisk blue.

As you can see this is the finished product, all you have to do it just apply a clear top coat and let it dry and off you can go with you abstract nail art :)

Well ladies, Here we are ending another week but now that we are ending the week and I got the idea to go out and find the best " Little Black Dress's" out there. So lets take a look and see just what I found.

Love this dress and you can gladly find it HERE something about this is so casual but yet it is so dressy and I like that when you can get a dress and it can go either way.

This is so 60's mod and I we all know I love things that have a vintage fill to them. But you can find this high priced beauty HERE.

Things I want to try ( Beauty and Fashion)

So as a new goal of mine I want to try and something beauty or fashion related new each month....from a hair style all the way to a new fashion trend ( given that it looks good on me) I am going to try my hardest to set out of my comfort zone and try new things. So take a look below and see some of the things that I am going to try and at the start of each month I will show you what I am going to do and then show you how it turned out in my blog for the end of the month.

Ok so pretty much my goal is to do something different with my hair everyday because all I seem to do with it is just wear it straight and and I do something with it...like at all. So goal is to start doing something with it beside being plain Jane all the time.

Next goal or hopeful goal is to add some color and pattern to my shoes. all I seem to wear for my shoes is: gray, black, white...and no other colors, so I need to stop with that fashion habit.

color and pattern I am longing for more of this in my outfits as well. Bit it is something that I am working on very slowly.

Up coming spring inspiration

So for today's blog I am keeping it pretty chill and we are going to take a look at the up coming fashions that I have been seeing, for spring that are inspiring me in the up coming season. Now before I ramble on anymore go ahead and take a look at the pictures below.

As you can tell I really love shoes because the first few pictures in this blog are going to be shoes haha. But I love these I think they are supper cute! You can find this ballet flat at Forever21

This faux beauty can also be found at Forever21 but I really like these. It would be so amazing paired with some denim shorts and a band t-shirt or just a plain v-neck top.

I am also are you can see really liking the whole animal print thing this year because a lot of the shoes that I like have some kind of animal print but you can find these at Wet Seal.

More ballet flats and these are in a wonderful pink lace ( these so match the earrings I am wearing right now) but these pretty little numbers can be found at Forver21.

With in the past year I have developed a love for the color green. I have no idea but these edgy shoes can be bought at Pink Ice.

Super cute for the summer time till they start to get extra dirty but still none the less cute! Wet Seal is where these can be found.

Love this whole outfit my goal for this season is to bring more color into each of my outfits ( lets see how well that works out!)

I simply adore this outfit. The top, shorts, and shoes, it just all works so well together, very boho chic.

Mrs. Fox looking great ha, I love this outfit and some out I am going to recreate it! One day hopefully.

Ah band T's I am loving them! I am just all about the band t's for some reason. :)

Shorts and leggings LOVE IT!! I have only actually worn this type of outfit once and it looked pretty darn cute.

I love this outfit and starbucks hehe :)
